So far….So good

So far so good. Personally, I’ve never been the type of person who counts the minutes down to the new year while scrambling to make a list of resolutions that I plan to do once the clock strikes midnight and everyone yells Happy New Year. It’s just not my thing. It’s hard to break bad habits and waiting until the last day of the year to swear you are going to break the bad habits seems like a big waste of time. Instead of waiting until the last day of the year I try to work on breaking the bad habits throughout the year..taking each day as it comes.

So far so good. I stopped eating fast food which is not an easy thing to do when you have a household full of children who see McDonald’s as a fine dining experience. I’m actually working out more, which is something I was doing anyways, now I’m just being more consistent with it.

It’s only 11 days into 2016 but so far so good I’m on track to do everything that I need to do to maintain my goals.
